Our studio's shipping and packaging materials are made with recycled and sustainable materials. 

 

Will we accept pre-orders or holds in between batch drops?

No, we won't be taking pre-orders before launch. Again, don't forget to sign-up to our email newsletter. We will be sharing the exact date and time our shop doors will be open so you can place your order.

Are the Signature Boxes made-to-order?

No, the Signature Ring Boxes are made in batches and require 2-3 weeks to produce. We plan on having enough inventory on-hand to hopefully keep up with demand. However, there will be very limited stock for the very first launch (this will help us determine which variations are the most popular and help us prepare the appropriate on-going inventory we will create consistently).

Where are they made?

Sand & Stone Handmade is a small at-home studio in Austin, Texas.

Returns/Refunds

As a small handmade business we plan on using our profits to reinvest in growing our company and inventory. Running and launching a handmade artisan studio requires a substantial amount of personal time and resources. As such, we ask you to consider your purchase carefully before making it because we do not do returns or refunds of any kind. This decision was also made with an understanding that (sometimes) items purchased for styled shoots are often returned after use - this is something we want to avoid. For those reasons stated previously, all sales are final.

If for any reason a handmade piece needs to be replaced if damaged upon delivery (within one week with a photo of the damaged piece and packaging) or if the piece you received was the wrong variation please reach out to hello@sandandstonehandmade.com. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and we will do what we can.

How soon will orders be shipped out?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Orders will take 1-3 days to process prior to shipping out. You will receive tracking notifications as soon once your order is processed. 

 

What does shipping cost?

All single box orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail by default. Two or more boxes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail by default. Priority Mail is available for all orders at a small up-charge. All orders include tracking.
